Privacy Policy

MM Edge provides a private cloud trading journal. This policy explains information used to operate your account and subscription.

Information we process

We process your email address, authentication information, subscription status, activation entitlements and the journal content you choose to save. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by MM Edge.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, sync your journal, manage access, provide support, prevent abuse and send essential account or billing messages.

Optional campaign and usage measurement / Măsurare opțională

Only with your consent, the MM Edge landing and Journal use campaign codes, random browser identifiers and a small list of event names (confirmed saves, Validator use, reports and completed AI generation). These signals can be linked internally to your authenticated account to measure registrations, activation, subscription access and retention. They never contain trades, P&L, balances, account identifiers, strategies, personal notes or AI reports. Growth agents receive only fixed-cohort, threshold-protected, rounded aggregates, not identifiable records. Subscription statistics reflect observed active subscriptions, not a cash or revenue ledger.

Vercel Web Analytics also loads only after consent. URLs sent to analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Rejecting measurement does not affect Journal, AI, subscriptions or support. Language preferences are functional, not marketing tracking.

Measurement cookies are scoped to marketmechanism.xyz to connect the MM Edge landing and Journal. Browsers also send these cookies to sibling hosts; we have not added measurement code to other applications. Cookies contain campaign codes and random browser identifiers, not account identities or Journal records. Browser journey cookies last up to 30 days, consent choices 180 days, and the landing language preference one year. Anonymous unlinked records are removed after 30 days; account-linked measurement records after at most 13 months. Withdrawal removes linked measurement records when its request reaches our server; already anonymous aggregate reports may remain. Deleting your account also removes its linked measurement records. Hosting and security infrastructure necessarily processes connection information under provider retention policies.

Journal privacy

Your journal is associated with your authenticated user account. Other MM Edge or TradingHub members cannot access your trades, bias reviews or personal settings.

Requested commercial referrals / Recomandări comerciale

When you follow a referral link or enter a referral code, a separate functional cookie remembers that requested code for up to 30 days across the MM Edge landing and Journal. It contains no random visitor identifier or Journal content. Commercial referral redemption and payment accounting are independent of optional marketing measurement consent. On redemption we retain your account association, agreement version, trial dates and a keyed hash of the normalized email to prevent repeated benefits. Email changes do not remove an existing account referral. Only eligible Journal receipts, taxes, fees, adjustments and manual commission settlements are recorded; MM Intelligence is excluded. Partners do not receive access to your Journal, trades, P&L, notes or AI reports. Necessary financial audit and abuse-prevention records may remain after account deletion, subject to applicable retention obligations; contact us about your rights.

Providers

MM Edge uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and consent-based analytics, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email and OpenAI for explicitly requested MM Intelligence analysis. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Contact us for applicable processing and international-transfer safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Your account information is retained while your account is active and as required for security, billing and legal obligations. You can request account deletion from Settings or contact us. You may request access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of optional processing. This notice is not a certification of legal compliance.
