Is MM Intelligence included in my Journal plan?
No. It is an optional, separately billed Daily Bias AI add-on. With active Journal access, open MM Intelligence in Journal, review the disclosures and choose Starter or Pro. New purchases are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. VAT is included in the displayed price.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create your account and use the complete product for 14 days before choosing a subscription.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your data stays saved, but editing and cloud sync are locked until you subscribe or activate a valid access key.
Can I use MM Edge on another laptop?
Yes. Sign in with the same account and your private cloud journal follows you across supported browsers and computers.
Does MM Edge connect directly to my broker?
Not currently. MM Edge supports structured CSV and JSON import, plus manual journaling. Broker auto-sync and trade replay are not part of the current product.
Does TradingHub access include a subscription?
No. A TradingHub key unlocks private models, confluences and checklist content. Commercial app access remains separate unless a key explicitly includes an access period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What does Reliable mean in Analytics?
It describes sample size, not guaranteed performance. Early uses fewer than 10 comparable closed trades, Developing uses 10-29, and Reliable uses 30 or more.
Who can see my trades?
Your journal is private to your authenticated account. TradingHub access does not expose your trades to other members.
