Refund Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026

MM Edge includes a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the application before purchasing a subscription.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel renewal from the application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and does not normally generate a prorated refund.

Refund requests

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorized or caused by a technical billing error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Requests are reviewed individually and may require payment details sufficient to identify the transaction.

Discounted purchases

Promotional and heavily discounted payments remain subject to this policy unless a separate written offer states otherwise.
